Hi folks,

I recently signed a 2 year with a well known property management company.

However, my employer is requiring me to relocate to the US as operations are winding down in GTA. Turning down this offer would mean I loose my job.

Any suggestions for opening up this discussion with property management?

I'm opening to the paying the managements 2-months rent and they can retain the last month's rent that I've already paid when I signed the lease. But do I want to tactfully evaluate my options while negotiating.
