I want to build/train my own AI to work as a type of firewall - assistant - co-pilot. I want to use a Linux machine. I have some background with building computers, but I've been out of the game for a decade.
I've seen twenty different videos, all with different thoughts. So I'm turning to Reddit to help me out.
What would be a good middle ground computer to start with? Can I do it on a laptop? or should a build something? What are the requirements?
I'm very concerned about what model I start with since it will flavore the whole pot. I really want a model that's only mine and can be secured. I need a model that's self recursive, trhat can work on its own code and evolve. What models have you used?
I know I may be daydreaming, but something tells me that owning your personal AI is going to be of great importance very soon.
