Hey everyone,

I am currently participating in the Skill Up Summer programme on Google Cloud Skills Boost and running into a frustrating issue that support has not been able to resolve yet.

Issue 1 - Links not being marked as seen

The following items in the programme are not getting marked as completed/seen, no matter what I do:

• Read full Bobble AI story here
• Claim your Skill Badge: Deploy Kubernetes Applications on Google Cloud
• Claim your Skill Badge: Develop Your Google Cloud Network
• Return to the Arcade
• Explore our Google Developer Program Forum

Issue 2 - Skill badges not claimable

Despite completing both labs with 100% scores, I am unable to claim these two badges:

• Deploy Kubernetes Applications on Google Cloud
• Develop Your Google Cloud Network

Issue 3 - Work Meets Play: Expressive Efficiency

Progress for this specific lab is also not being recorded at all.

What I have already tried:

• Cleared browser cache
• Used Incognito mode and spent the appropriate time on each link
• Raised a support ticket but still waiting for a resolution
