Morning all, I was wondering where the best place, or best search terms, to use if I want to find localised releases ie. English credits, text etc. for instance if I want Howl's Moving Castle the most popular option will just be the Japanese release with an Eng audio/sub included.
However, seeing the opening credits of 'Howl's Moving Castle' is, for me, one of the iconic nostalgia pieces for me wanting to watch it.
Similarly, several older shows like Eureka Seven, Ergo Proxy etc. I have been having trouble finding localised. The easiest way I've found is to actually just go buy the media, which I already have and am waiting for their arrival, however how can I find shows no longer available for purchase (or rare af and spenny)?

let's say - a friend of mine - torrented several (not that popular, but still) anime for a few days without any VPN, because he didn't want to put some research into it beforehand; how high is the chance of him getting fucked by lawyers?
I know that Germany can be hell for pirates, but I am not sure how well this is applying to anime - especially, if they aren't that popular?
Edit: he might be using a seedbox now, but that doesn't make the other downloads/uploads unhappen - I am just not sure whether they actively track anything and everything or...:D
I always get a good enough quality h265 release but most of them do not have the best subtitles so I download the seadex recommended subtitle files form animetosho to watch along with. This way I do not run out storage easily and get to watch with subtiles that almost feels like part of the movie. Now that animetosho is shutting down where else can I download the subtiltle files only of a ceratin release?
I'm trying to burn my own anime DVDs (Dub or Sub is fine with me). Specifically, I want to burn copies of the Bleach DVDs. I have a CRT TV, so I'm totally fine with their original 480i quality. Does anyone know how I can do this? I already have DVD-R discs and a drive that can write to them. I'm not even sure what file type I'd need or what programs to use. For other activities, I've used ImgBurn but I doubt thats what is needed here. Thank you in advance for the help!
I hate Crunchyroll but I do love the style of font of the kind of subtitles they use plus whenever it pops up different colors and side translations, I wanna know if there any good sites out there that got it without download require.
