Hi! My dad has major sundowning while in the hospital. He’s been calling old co-workers and friends between 2-3 am for rides.

Is there a way to stop outgoing calls between 8 pm to 8 am besides just taking the phone away? Like a setting I could turn on?

He has an iPhone 11.
