Hi all!

So I plan to propose to my girlfriend on our upcoming Italy vacation. After speaking with a photographer, we have the details locked in. However, at the end she said that “No deposit is required. We can simply handle the payment in cash at the end of the shoot.”

Should I be concerned? Should I ask for some form of agreement/contract for services?
