Hi all. I was on Lorazepam for 6 years and now 4 years on Clonazepam 1mg. I isually only took it in the morning. For about 8 months now, I've been getting severe anxiety, panic, palpitations and shortness of breath around 3-5PM. I thought it was just that my dose was no longer strong enough, but I now realize it is interdose withdrawal. Lately i've been taking half a pill in the late/afternoon evening but still experiencing these brutal symptoms. I want to get off as completely as I cannot handle this and do NOT want to have to up keep upping dose for the rest of my life. My psychiatrist doesn't want me to come off as my anxiety and panic is so bad even on it. I have no idea what to do...

Hi all. So I have severe chronic pain 24/7, fibromualgia, extreme muscle tightness and rigidity, severe chronic headache, anxiety and panic attacks. I'm on 1mg Clonazepam a day, 10mg Zolipidem and 50mg Trazodone at night. I got a script for Baclofen but am terrified to take it because of respiratory depression. Is anyone on 4 or more CNS depressants? Does anyone take benzos, muscle relaxers AND a sleep med/another type on CNS depressants? I also drink fairly heavily once a week. Any experiences would be helpful, thank you.
