Just sharing in case it’s of interest. I have been on Saxenda and Semaglutide. I recently switched to Tirzepatide, I’m up to 10.
What’s the same is that I’m done eating very quickly. If I go past the point of fullness, I get a bit queasy.
I’m having a bit of constipation which I’ve never had before. Because of my former bariatric surgery, I’m usually at the other end of the stool problem.
The most noticeable thing is I feeling physical hunger again (still no “head hunger”). I haven’t felt hunger since I started semaglutide a year ago.
I’ve decided that this is a good thing for me. I wasn’t eating enough and had to make myself add shakes and other healthy but higher calorie foods. The hunger is a good queue for me and since I’m so full so quickly I’m still shedding fat. My last round of testing with my doctor put me close to malnutrition so that was a big concern.
That’s it! I know it’s different for everyone and I appreciated all of the folks who posted their experience with the various GLP ones.

My history for those who may be interested:
I’m almost to my goal (20-23% body fat). 58yrs, female. I have been a weight yo-yo most of my adult life. I had a gastric sleeve in 2010. I was able to get to goal and maintain a little bit above goal up until menopause. About halfway between goal and my highest ever which was a size 22.
Two years ago, I talked with my doctor and started by working with a dietitian for six months. It was wonderful like having a personal life coach, and she helped me address some of the habits and triggers I had from years of dieting and the low-fat mania and the basic shame related to being heavy. I was able to lose around 15 pounds. My goal was six months resetting my lifestyle before starting a GLP one so that I have a higher chance of maintaining my lifestyle if and when I decided to go off of it.
I did saxenda first as required by my insurance company, switched to Semaglutide until I was not too far from goal, but had stalled out and started tirzepitide at 5mg. Currently at 10mg and will up to 15 next week.
I’m still pondering my maintenance strategy. I will definitely be reducing dose and potentially having a longer time between doses. I may try microdoses. I most likely will try coming off the medication entirely and keeping it in my back pocket if I hould I regain in a way that I can’t get on top of with my eating and exercise habits.
