Recently, I’ve (30 F) started to really notice my coworker (30 M). The issue is, I am married to my husband of 11 years. The more I talk to him, the more I start to really enjoy his company. I find myself always actively looking for him at work just so I can see him and strike a conversation. He is also 100% my type in terms of physical attraction and sense of humour.
We have started to go on walks regularly during our lunch breaks together. I’ve gotten to know him really well during our walks and conversations, and turns out we have a lot in common. The problem is, whenever we talk and I look at his face, I get all giddy, my face gets completely red, and my heart starts to race. It doesn’t help that we went to the same high school together, but we were never friends back then.
I need some advice as to how to deal with my coworker at work. I can’t avoid him at work as we work closely and see each other every day, and I can’t change jobs.
TL;DR: I am married, but I find my coworker very attractive and I don’t know what to do about it.
