Anyway to rescue dry ends?

So I've been growing my hair for the past 5 years and had a big chop about 2 years ago (due in for another trim!!)

A recent development was my hair texture changing from being dead straight to having some description of a wave to it. I had someone recommend the Supermilk conditioner from Lush to me, but I have a feeling the protein may have dried my ends out and they feel slightly ratty in texture.

Is there anyways to help remedy this?

Current routine:

Shampoo x1 week with random nettle clarifying shampoo Conditioner trying to find one since Supermilk I did try some oils on the ends at night time - coconut/argan blend from Nature's Spell and random argan oil from home bargains 😅 - I did find the argan worked a bit better as it didn't weigh my hair down as much as the tiger one

No heat treatments/dyes.

I have a diagonal side shave too!
