Finally got the the soft boil the way I want.
I pressure cooked them in my old Ninja Foodi 9 in 1 using the pressure cooker on high for 3 minutes with no release just done at 3 as soon as I can get the lid open. I run them under water for a second and then just eat them warm. They peel so well too.
