If I can only give amateur contracts and I don't have to pay wages, is there any downside to just grabbing all the high ability players I can find?
I've been doing my first FM26 save and I'm currently managing a low tier welsh club (Baglan Dragons) and I currently have 33 players, but as a result I have a lot of 1 star or less players I pretty much never use that I'm not sure what to do with?
Everyone still has good morale and the club dynamic is good and most of the 1 star or less players are still happy (One didn't even want to transfer despite playing almost zero games), so I'm not sure if I should just keep them around or what?
