Hey, I’m wondering if anyone can help my Mom [she is 78 years old] or give advice on getting her dog back from my sibling.

My Mom has the breeder ownership papers.

She called the cops, and they tried to get my sister to give the dog back but, they refused. The officer mentioned my Mom should take them to small claims court.

It’s been a week, and it’s taken a huge toll on my Mom stress wise where she isn’t sleeping, eating, or functioning like she normally would.

Any help is appreciated.

I used to live in Burlington for a long time, and I’m 3 hours away now.

Don’t know if this works, but, I love my Mom, and she’s a good person who has never been bitter about the cards life has thrown at her. So I thought I’d give this a try.
