What to do if a feature is non-working during 7 day trial
I just got an SUV from Carvana and the heated seats feature does not work on the driver side. Do I call and let a rep know? Could I get money off or have them pay? Its not ideal to pay the $100 deductible for a car I just got ( have the Carvana care thing) if I was promised a feature that is non-working but is that the only option I have? Any advice would be great.
