I bought this Utilitech fan used and it runs extremely well. Recently, the oscillator seems to be struggling. I opened it was and was able to get it to oscillate if I pushed on the little arm, but I can’t figure out why it won’t oscillate on its own. The head is also very loose and there seems to be a wire not hooked up to anything?? Please help!
