Any advice on managing pregnancy gingivitis? The last two days my gums have been inflamed and very sore. I've been taking paracetamol and doing hot salt water rinses as well as still brushing gently twice a day. Any other home remedies or anything I can take to help? Obviously can't take neurofen and bonjela seems to be a no go as well?

I can't get an appointment with my dentist until 3 weeks time which is no good as I am 38 weeks pregnant so baby will be here by then! I am seeing my GP on Thursday, would they have a look and prescribe antibiotics if needed?

Any advice greatly appreciated!
