Does your team or manager see whether you successfully refer someone and get the bonus $? Will it impact end of year comp or salary increase?

Anyone know how to find/buy time with a worker?

I’m single and that’s not changing anytime soon, and I do not do casual hookups or mess with women’s heads so I’d like to find a SWer to pay. Even if she just cuddled me for like 3 hours that’d be amazing. I live in New Jersey and going all the way to Brooklyn/bushwick isn’t that feasible given I work over 55 hours a week and on the weekends I’m so tired.

Anyone know any sites or how this process works besides going to a club and maybe* finding a dancer that’s my type?

Pride is coming up so at least the plethora of parties happening all at once will increase my odds I guess.
