Shift to unfurnished bare new type C apartment or continue to stay in furnished type B apartment even after the initial 2 years?
I am living in a very good furnished type B rental contract with a Dutch landlord and he says that I may live in his apartment even after the initial 2 years. I viewed another type C house on rental nearby which is unfurnished.
Shall I shift to this new bare type C apartment or continue to stay in this type B apartment based on the verbal input from my landlord?
