I cut down from roughly 165lbs strictly 2,000 calories and 140g protein every day. I am wanting to know:
- Should I keep cutting, maintain or bulk?
- What should my calories and macros look like for the preferred option from question
Additional information: I lift weights roughly 5 times a week and try to train a sport 2-3 times a week as well. (Climbing/Muay Thai/running/swimming)
