Hey everyone I was looking at my maternity leave to make a plan for later this year when I need it but I was shocked to see my software company that prides itself on good benefits only offers 8 weeks paid. Whereas my husband gets 12 weeks for paternity leave paid.

For people working at software companies what does your paid leave look like for giving birth?

EDIT: I am in the US and I’m mainly interested in other people in the US because I know a lot of other countries are better than us about it lol
