Hi, I have downloaded the Taiwan railway e-booking app on my iPhone and tried to create an account, but, unsuccessful. It keeps prompting me to key in a valid ID no , Name and Phone no. I have key in exactly my passport no as the ID no, my English full name as according to my passport and my Singapore handphone no.
Can I purchase the train tickets without a registered account on the e-booking app?
Please share some tips and guidelines, thanks and appreciated.
