Hopefully someone can help me out here. I recently made a new account, flew through the background check got approved and setup my profile. Shortly after that I received an email stating my account was being suspended for a week because my name on my profile didn't match my name on my drivers license, which wasn't true. I can only think that because my last name appears first on my drivers license their system automatically flagged me. I reached out to customer service and got two different reps during the same chat and was essentially told that this was a normal part of the process and I needed to just wait out the suspension. So, I did. Cut to a week later, I get another email saying I haven't fixed the violation and now I'm suspended for two weeks. I've reached out to customer service three different times and spoken to three different people and had literally the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my entire life. All they do is restate the problem, offer no resolution and then kick me to someone else who does the same thing over again. I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do. At this point I just want to dispute the registration fee with my bank and move on but figured I'd see if anyone knows a way around these worthless customer service reps.
