So first off, I am not new to compliments. I get them normally just like everyone else, it’s just the outcomes from some aren’t clear enough. Not to get on anyone’s bad side or to “be bitchy” but most men say one thing and mean the other. So in most cases I’ll take a compliment as just that and go on about my day, but in other cases if I’m feeling attraction or if I feel like it’s rooted in misogyny and you’re not being direct about it I won’t really understand.
So lol “you look nice”..with constant staring? and no approach? I know it’s high school but If you take the time to compliment me (even though it’s an average comp) and you’re constantly staring at me and I’m looking back, why aren’t you making a move? Especially different to different races.
Also “you’d be a good wife”..like thank you? I mean being a wife one day would be great but the man that told me this is kind of misogynistic so I didn’t really know what he meant by it and why he chose to say it. He also never mentioned anything regarding that ever again lol.
