He bought a box with me one weekend and it stayed in his nightstand ever since. I would see it every weekend. For context, we’ve opened the box once- so we were nowhere close to it being empty. Even though we don’t use them, they’ve stayed there for a few months.
One weekend they were gone, I asked about it and he said he had no idea. He “didn’t remember”.
This started a fight between us because he was mad that I was implying cheating but I was genuinely perplexed on why the box would be gone if I wasn’t around and how would someone not remember?
4 months later he randomly brought it up again telling me to check MY apartment for the condoms and he said it’s been “bugging him” thinking about it, I reminded him- the box never left his nightstand. We are long distance, and I go to his city all of the time. Also-I was annoyed because I was reminded about the missing box.
So now I’m wondering- is the obvious answer cheating ?
I don’t see why’d you move a box of 40 condoms, I don’t know why’ it would be brought up again by him months later, but I also don’t know how this correlates with cheating on me.
I checked his phone and found no messages from other girls but I don’t know what to believe, I feel like it’s going to be me for the rest of our relationship if I don’t figure out what happened.
