My loq audio pls help

I recently got a new Lenovo laptop and I’m having a weird audio issue. The sound becomes delayed, distorted, robotic/crackly, and sometimes laggy on the built-in speakers.
The issue happens on:
Spotify
YouTube
System audio in general
Things I noticed:
Restarting/resetting the audio driver sometimes temporarily fixes it
The problem comes back again later
It seems worse on laptop speakers
Audio/video can become out of sync
Sometimes everything sounds “convoluted” or delayed
Things I already tried:
Restarting laptop
Updating Windows
Restarting audio services
Disabling/enabling audio devices
Trying different apps
Looking in Device Manager
Resetting audio drivers
I’m planning to contact Lenovo support tomorrow, but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this on newer Lenovo laptops.
