does it become more wrinkly shriveled and hard. like an older ball sack?? why does it feel soooo weird and much more older compared to when its normal. im shook asf. how long does it last and does it happen often whenever u are cold

im 55kg now and have been running 3 times a week. i also try to walk everywhere if possible. diet wise, my model friend intro me formoline fat blockers and it has helped me lose a 3-5kg without me having to change much of my diet. i drink alot of water and refrain from sweet drinks. i also started intermittent fasting, skip breakfast, have late lunch & last meal at 8pm.

as i have an upcoming event to attend and i want to lose as much weight as possible. 

possibly any product reccos that can help me burn fat while im resting to speed track whatever im doing now. also, i heard people are mounjaro injections, do those work as well? thanks.
