Hello! I spoke with a supervisor at Experian earlier this month and the supervisor told me they would grant me an early exclusion on my last collection on 04/30(today.) So of course I am eager to get this going as I had just sole my car and planned on shopping this weekend once that was granted, but the reps are not able to grant it and no supervisor is "available" and they told me someone will call me within the next three business days. I tried calling back three times to see about getting someone else and keep getting the same response. I had no issue getting a supervisor the first time I called at the beginning of this month. Could they be purposely avoiding the call? Has anyone ever had a supervisor actually call them back? I am skeptical that it will actually happen. I NEED to get a car this weekend. Is there any tricks to getting through to a supervisor? Appreciate any insight!
