Could this be PAWS? Or just a good old ear infection? (Odd for an adult but maybe). I’m 5 weeks quit. Within the past week my right ear is killing me while I sleep, start waking or when I wake in the middle of the night etc. But this stops when I wake up fully. Any ideas on if it’s related?

ETA I did search sub 1st- no dice.
