I’m traveling in France this week. I had work calls the first three days here so I installed my Airlo eSIM but kept my Cellular Data only on my Primary eSIM.
I bought Airlo coverage for 15 days, and my French eSIM was installed five days ago. So theoretically I should have full coverage AND 9 days remaining on my Airlo eSIM profile in the app.
However now that I turned my AT&T primary number off & am only using my French eSIM, nothing is working. The Airlo app (using WiFi to use it) shows my Remaining Package has empty 0MB and shows empty under the 9 days remaining too.
What is happening? Did Airlo somehow also use data while I was using my AT&T sim for data?! How do I get Airlo help to reinstall my package that I’ve used none of?! The app is only letting me “Top Off” but I haven’t even used any data yet!
