Hi! I have the NOW pass and it isn’t working. It’s been saying “can’t connect to this network” since last night. I only get the AI assistant for help who is unable to help without an ID. I’ve forgotten the network, restarted the laptop over 25x. Why does this keep happening and what can I do?
