Employee threatening with ADA when we try to address issues.

We have an employee who keeps threatening with ADA and threatening to sue every time he is reprimanded. He will run to HR multiple times a week for hours on end and tell hr the reason he is being picked on is because of his disability. The thing is he has been reprimanded for are frequently snapping at employees, cussing at employees, using the "B" word towards employees of color and women, not completely his tasks properly, refusing to do his job and arguing with employees, taking extended breaks and disappearing, saying threatening things like wanting to set the workplace on fire, staring at female employees, sending out long excessive unsolicited emails openly undermining other employees work and creating conflict within the department, asking out younger female employees who are not interested, joking he is their "daddy", speaking negatively to other employees about one another. Several employees have complained about him to HR and now he claims he is being ganged up on now. HR seems to be taking their time addressing this and are now accusing other employees of ganging up on him. Now several employees have threatened to quit because they do not want to work with him anymore. He has only been at the company for two months and it's been nothing but drama. What do you think will happen?

I was reprimanded today for venting to other employees about another leader who is a bully he has over 17 hr complaints against him for bullying and harassing women and people of color at work and not doing his job yet I was reprimanded for venting about his behavior to other employees because we have been putting up with this guy for 3 months now and have to work with him every single day. hr turned everything around on us basically. yes we have reported him to hr and management and they do nothing. they just say be patient.

I often listen to my narcissist parent toot his own horn about how much more educated and experienced he is compared to others he works with who out rank him and how he knows much more than them. I have watched my father bounce for job to job and struggle to maintain employment over the years. If he is so much smarter and qualified than everyone else at work then why does he not have a better position at work by now? And why is he always getting fired from jobs?

A newly hired employee is frequently taking secret photos, talking badly about other employees and tattling on other employees. Granted this employee is the laziest person there and never helps with anything. When he was confronted by his coworkers he stated angrily “”he is more educated and qualified to do than job than anyone else.” And should be in charge. What should we do about this?

To give you a little bit of background the department where we work was quite a mess. They've brought in a new director to "turn things around" The issue is this person just arrived here and has not seen within the past nine months I've worked insane hours, gotten promoted and came up with improved results. I have great feedback from my staff too.The issue is there are still problems. They hired a narcissistic micro manager recently who has been taking secret photos or people doing things like wearing AirPods and running to the boss. In return the new boss is coming down hard on me for stuff like that when our department is clean, efficient and hard working. I don't mind accountability but I look around and I see many others not being held to the same standard. This micro manager also spends 80% of his shift sitting down or disappears then takes secret photos and tattles on people. The new director seems to be ok with this and doesn't value hard work, integrity and competence. The tattle tale also has no clue how to do his own job. I also work with another guy who is in the same role as me and he works maybe 30 hours a week and disappears half the time. No one says anything to him because he flies under the radar doing nothing basically. What should I do? I am honestly tired of doing so much not to be appreciated and just to be nit picked while others do whatever they want or worse. Also the new director didn't even introduced themselves just right off the bat started nitpicking me but didn't even hold themselves to that same standard, walked through a kitchen with their hair down no hair net and on their phone. Nice example they are setting.
