I'm currently using an older Apple Watch. I'm tired of charging it every day, the battery dying in cold temperatures or during workouts. I'm not really interested in smart features either, so I'm getting a Garmin.

I'm looking at the Frontrunner 265S. The price is alright, but it's an older model - should I wait for something newer? Or can I expect it to the job for the next few years?

I don't do ultra running or other wild things, I just like to track my running, mountain biking, cross country skiing and hikes, with general health stuff.
