Hey all, I was doing my onboarding.
I am stuck on uploading the ID verification step. I live in the US, but I don't have a US passport. I have worked on the other platforms before this, which was never an issue, but here, I am getting rejected in the ID verification step.
Did anyone tackle this issue before? If not, may I know if there is a support email that I can reach out to?
