Am I going to be sextorted?

I feel so stupid. I'm a married guy away from my family on a business trip. Got curious (and horny) and went on sniffies. This hot guy messaged me and we're chatting for a while, and every so often, he asks me for a dick pic. (He sent me a few from the jump.)

I say no once or twice, but eventually, after about 30-40 minutes of chatting, he asks again. I ask him for a face pic in exchange, which he sends. I send the dick pic. And then unprompted, because I'm an idiot and because the guy seems nice, I send him a face pic, too.

I keep asking if we're going to meet up, and he keeps punting -- asking more questions, saying the things he wants to do to me. Finally, after an hour of chatting, I start to sense that this is never going to happen. I politely tell him I'm going to bed and wish him a good night.

But now I'm paranoid that this was a sextortion attempt. He has pictures of both of my heads. Is he going to do a reverse Google image search and track me down, threaten to expose me to my family? I feel sick.

Do you think this is sextortion? I didn't give him my phone number, which seems like how a lot of sextortion happens from what I've read on other posts. Plus, would a sextortionist spend an hour talking to someone? That's too much effort, right? Does this kind of spinning your wheels about meeting up happen with guys on apps?

(Also, yes, I know I am a piece of shit for doing this when I have a family back home. It was a moment of weakness and loneliness in a hotel room.)
