Love hate relationship with the movie

So I’m wondering if I’m the only one having a love and hate relationship with the movie , I’ve seen it 4 times now and after everytime I loved it more and more , but I can’t help but getting annoyed that they left out so much or the direction they went with the movie , Michael during the 80s was so much more than him freeing himself from his father . Also the second thing that annoys me is they shot all this footage that wasn’t in the movie . They shot thriller on the same location for what ? For a 1 minute scene in the movie . You got someone like Jafaar bringing Michael back to life and something we would never see again after the movie and they just give him a 2 hours movie with a lot of cut scenes montages

Box office

So I’ve seen a lot of people saying Michael will have a hard time getting to 1B while to movie has only been in theaters for 2/5week now or so it already grossed 577m it took bohemian rhapsody 5 months to get to 900m which is absurd never knew movies were in theaters for that long ? If Michael would be in theaters for 5 months I will get way past that the movie hasn’t even been released in Japan and Korea yet
