I've been apartment hunting for a 2bd or 3bd (where we will convert one into an office) in Bay ridge, sunset park, greenwood for July 1st move in. Budget for the whole place would be $3200. Large space and sunlight are my priority - esp ones with open living/dining/kitchen spaces.
