Symptoms:

• After charging all night, the "Meta" logo appears with normal brightness for about 5 seconds.
• After those 5 seconds, the screen goes completely dark again.
• Warranty is already expired.

What I’ve tried:

• Restarting multiple times.
• Full overnight charge.
• Contacted Meta Support, but their steps didn't help.

Questions:

1. Is this a hardware issue with the LCD/Backlight?
2. Could it be the proximity sensor?
3. Has anyone successfully repaired this or found a fix?

I’ve already lost my PC recently and I’m desperate to save my headset. Any advice is appreciated!
