Hi everyone,

I have a Kia Stonic 1.6 diesel. I recently replaced the high pressure fuel pump driven by the timing belt and, while doing the job, I also replaced the timing belt and tensioner.

After reassembly I noticed that the timing belt tensioner has a slight movement/oscillation at idle while the engine is running.

Is this considered normal behavior for an automatic tensioner on this engine, or could it indicate a tensioning issue?
