Soo I am running for the first time in my life and I’m on week 3 of the garmin coach. I’ve done about 3-4 runs per week and seeing my vo2max incline is motivating me so much! I was wondering if this incline is normal? It’s so fast?! I wasn’t expecting to see so much progress for every second run basically!
I’m also doing other sports every week like biking (1-2h at a time), gym, fighting sports.
How was your experience with vo2max and starting regular runs?
