Looking for someone to take over my lease.

Good morning neighbors. I’m currently looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. House is located in the Windemere neighborhood off of Grand Ave and Blackthorn.

4 bed, 2 bath, with garage and back yard and side yard. Spacious property my wife and I have lease for 2 years through bay property. You’d have to apply with them. I’m having to move out of town for extended family health reasons. My lease is up in July, but we’re having to take off very soon. If interested, please comment or message, even if you know someone who may be looking.
Current rent is 2209.05 plus utilities.

How do people do this?

Today is the day. At the title office, closing, and the daughter involved in this sale is refusing to sign, because she wants more money on her cut.

So annoyed as both my wife and I took off work to do this because the house is out of town. This experience has been exhausting. Current house is already packed up, and we’re ready to go. Thankfully we don’t have to be out soon, but this is super annoying. I had a feeling the daughter was the issue in all of this, and today has confirmed it. I can’t imagine buying another house after this ordeal.

EDIT: She signed! Nobody could get a hold of her after this morning. She left the title office after getting into a shouting match with her family. Calls and texts were sent with no response. Looked her up and found a few addresses attached to her and her business. Had our attorney drop by each and they eventually found her and explained the penalties involved will be way more than the little extra she’s trying to squeeze out of her dad.

Getting a few quotes, and got this one back so far. This is my first time doing anything like this. Nobody I know or in my family has owned a home. Looking for some advice. Quote is from National General an Allstate company. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Allstate
