Interested to hear if this is only something that I’ve noticed with my Narc husband or maybe it’s a similar trait with all of them.

When he’s spiralling and we are in the midst of a baffle, he’s trying to dig himself out of a hole that I’ve thrown him in with facts, evidence etc… his response obviously is yelling, waving his hands.. but his eyes go very wide and open, and his pupils go dark and pin size. It’s really unnerving when he gets to this point as I can sense he’s about to lose all control.

Do you notice crazy eyes in your Narc?

I don’t have a criminal record at all but I’ve had a name change due to marriage 10 years ago, could this be the reason of the delay in the criminal background check? It’s been sitting on ‘in progress’ for almost 5 days now.

Also, does anyone have any insight on how quickly things proceed after the criminal check is complete? Thanks so much!
