How do people survive the first trimester trenches ? The fatigue has been killing me. Feels like I have been hit with Covid + flu + all the weakness at once. I strangely don’t have nausea or vomiting symptoms and I am almost 10 weeks today. Does it get better ? I will be a FTM at 33. Is it the age thats making it worse ? I have literally been lying down and rotting on sofa all day. Weekends are worse 😑😑 I have always been a productive person in general and this inability to do anything is bothering me so much 😭
