I’m exploring starting a sim racing business in the Loveland / Fort Collins area with things like:

High quality racing simulators

Arrive-and-drive sessions

Beginner-friendly racing leagues

Drift nights / time attack competitions

Membership options

Private events and tournaments

The idea would be to create more of a community motorsports hub, not just an arcade.

I’m trying to gauge whether there’s real local interest before moving forward.

If something like this existed, would you use it?

Questions:

Would you pay hourly to race? If so what feels reasonable?

Would you join a league?

Would a monthly membership interest you?

What would make you want to come regularly?

What games/sims would you want to see (like iRacing or Assetto Corsa Competizione)?

Are there things existing venues are missing?

Even a quick “I’d be into this” or honest criticism would help a ton while I’m validating the idea.

Thanks!
