Does effectiveness of TRE vary based on manner it was triggered?
I have been doing TRE for the last 10-11 months. I have attained a state where if I shake any part of the body voluntarily for a few secs then after a point it starts shaking automatically.
Also, when lying in bed and resting focus on the body and focusing on a few minor movements can also lead to a tremor mechanism, which I know is totally normal and that's not what I want to discuss.
My question is on the effectiveness of shaking/tremors based on method it was triggered. Whether there's change in its effectiveness based on the method it is triggered.
There are a lot of ways I read people do it, has Berceli talked about it?
