
The AI image chat isn't working, and support isn't responding—please help
I paid for a subscription on a new account today and immediately noticed that the image generation is terrible. At first, the photos weren't generated according to the prompt (at one point, it stopped reading the prompt altogether and started generating kittens—I'm not kidding)
After about 10 minutes, the image generation completely stopped working. Every time I typed text or tried to attach references in the chat, chaos ensued—it started spamming various tools, mostly “Prompt Preset Management,” and threw an error.
I thought maybe there was some kind of server error, so I checked on 5 Genspark accounts, and everything works fine there—no “Prompt Preset Management,” and images generate immediately. Basically, I bought the subscription just for the unlimited Nano Banano Pro, and now I can’t even use it.
I’ve already written to support 5 times; they’ve been silent for 5 hours now, just sending automated replies saying they’ve forwarded the request to the developers marked as a bug. Maybe Genspark itself will respond here, or someone from the community can help.
I don’t know what to do; there aren’t really any settings to adjust, and I have no idea where it got the list of all these tools from. It’s a new account—I haven’t even set up any personalization yet. Anyway, if anyone has run into this, please help.
Genspark support, at least give me a detailed response here. I didn’t pay money to be ignored. Considering the problem is only on my account, I think it’s either some kind of restriction or a bug.
