Im 40F, turned 40 this year and getting worried that na i am not sexually active anymore. Before, ako pa minsan ng aaya but now, i can live without it for months. Worse, i can't reach orgasms anymore.

Is this normal?

WFH ako, i know how to balance life and work. No other things that worries me that much.
