My old hdd(windows on it) has been failing on me for quite some time and I m finaly changing it. I have about 100go that I want to keep and have nowhere else to put it than the ssd being used. Is it safe to just take out my old hdd and ssd, put the new one, install windows and then put back my ssd with the 100go I wanna keep ?

The ssd has never been used to boot windows.
