Moon Girl will be partnered with Devil Dino, just not in the traditional sense.
My gut feeling is telling me she might have an earpiece/hologram with DD that assists with his kit, making it have more utility based on her own powers. She'll have voicelines and speak with other heroes, as well.
She won't be involved directly in the battlefield but will still be very present in other ways, very similiar to Peni and her mech. I strongly doubt they wouldn't include her and go raw DD or split them up as different heroes.
