My crush and I have known each other for a long time and we were emotionally warm towards each other, like using cutesy names. There were lots of ups and downs in our bond including at least two times where I accidentally self-sabotaged our bond and she wanted nothing to do with me. Also earlier this year there was some tension between me and her so I decided to take a 1-month break from texting her, that was from March 15 to April 15.
Anyway… two weeks ago at the end of a conversation we had, I told her that I really enjoy chatting with her and she felt the same way towards me. Then last week she randomly texted me on Thursday and Friday evening, and on Friday evening she sent me a random message saying something like “Ello handsomeee” and added a cutesy lovey-dovey sticker. We then chatted for a bit.
On Saturday at 11:04am I decided to send her a cutesy lovey-dovey message but she didn’t respond back until 6:43pm, so that made me feel kinda bummed especially since she didn’t seem to be playful in her messages that evening, compared to how she was the previous day. Instead, her messages seemed to be pretty neutral or apathetic.
Maybe I’m looking too deep into this since we’re in a long-distance bond and I don’t know what she usually does on her own time. Also she told me in an argument from a year ago that she doesn’t always have her phone on herself and that her life doesn’t revolve around her phone. However, that’s the only communication bridge that she and I have to each other.
Also, I usually have a difficult time trying to think of fun and interesting things to chat about with her because I live a boring life.
