I’ve had these 500cc silicone ultra high profile implants for 10 years. I started out with almost zero breast tissue. I’m not having any issues with them (thank goodness), but I would really love to actually have the boobs I always wanted. I have never had upper pole fullness or cleavage. I know my anatomy is what it is, but would a larger saline implant achieve that look more? Any one with similar proportions? I’m 5’2 135lbs, pear shaped with long torso. I’m also considering Miami specifically. Thanks!!
